Silkscreen
An ideal printing technique for large runs with intricate and complex details. You can choose a wide variety of silkscreen effects: high density, discharge, crack, metallic, glitter, puff, glow in the dark, 3D.
Heat transfers
The screen transfer technique can produce brighter images, sharper, with small texts and clear details. One of the major advantages of this procedure is that it allows the quality control of the imprint and its correction before being applied on the item.
Your designed logo or image is transfered on the intended product through heated press. Images and texts can be applied on textiles, paper and other different types of products.
Embroidery
This method allows you to highlight texts, images, logos on a textile surface, that can be both smooth and straight or uneven and embellished. The same embroidered design can look different when sewn on various garments; fabric weight, thickness, weave or content all affect how the stitches will hold up next to each other. Using different frame sizes, you can embroider your desired design at whatever scale you see fit.
DTG
Digital Print | Direct to Garment is one of the most revolutionary techniques in printing light and dark garments, using Kornit’s industrial digital inkjet printers, combined with its chemically modified solutions of specialized inkjet technology and wetting additives.
Kornit Storm II provides a non-stop workflow that enables garment loading while printing. Created specifically to accelerate production speed and volume.
Sublimation
The sublimation ink is unique in its capacity to change from a solid state to gas without passing through a liquid form( as dry ice). The conversion is initiated by the heat and controlled by pressure and time.
Sublimation works best on synthetic materials( at least 60% polyester) or on special fabrics, pre-treated to accept sublimation inks.
